You will have to enter something in the first and last name fields.
At JC-Kids, and our, SB4G, Inc., we understand that there are a “thousand points of light” out there, doing all sorts of wonderful things for our children, including our classrooms, the School Band, the School Chorus and Choir Groups, Churches, Sunday School Classes, Children’s Ministry Programs, the PTO, Scouts, Sports Teams, Dance, Cheer, Gymnastics, Music Academies, Summer Camps and many, many more. To help support you, we have developed the JC-Kids All-Orgs Fund Raising Plan (All-Orgs Plan), which will allow you to use our fund-raiser to be your fund-raiser, too.
Here is how it works. You log in to our Sale Manager System, and create a Consignor Account for your organization. We have set up our system, so even an Organization can be a Consignor, not just individuals. Just enter your organization name in name field. You will have to enter something in the first and last name field in our database. There is always a need, in the classroom or for your group, for something extra or to replace something that is older or has become obsolete. The parents feel tapped out, and the last thing you want to do is ask them for more money. But, they all have plenty of older, gently-used, clothing, toys, sports equipment, baby beds, strollers, pack and plays, books, DVDs, bikes, roller skates, skate boards, life jackets, razor scooters, battery-powered ride-ons, Halloween Costumes, Christmas accessories and the like. You’d be doing them a favor, just by providing them a useful reason to purge these things from their closets.
Consignor Registration Fee: We charge a small $8 registration fee to Consign, and our consignors earn 70% for all their items that sell in the JC-Kids Sale. We charge each organization that consigns, the same small $8 fee that we charge our individual consignors, which you can pay ahead of time, when you drop off your items, or we can take it out of your check, at the conclusion of the Sale.
Recruiter Bonus: Being a Consignor is probably the most effective way to make the most money for your organization, team or group, and many of your families will support you in that effort. But, some families may want to Consign their own items in our Sale, or maybe you are unable to organize a group effort to consign “donated items”, at this time. There is another way you can raise these much-needed funds. Just recruit consignors for the JC-Kids Sale. You will receive a 5% recruiter bonus for all the sales made by Consignors, who your organization recruits for the JC-Kids Sale.
For Example: Let’s say a teacher, or room mom, sells $1000 worth of donated items. They’d earn $700 for just those sales. If several parents also consigned in the sale, and sold a combined $5000 of items in the Sale, which would likely require 10-20 consignors, then, in addition to the $700 from donated items sold, he or she would receive an additional $250, for a total of $950 for his or her classroom. I know many classrooms, which will do even more than that. And, just imagine how much your band or choir could raise for that big trip this year! Just have these older kids clean out their closets. They could consign to raise their own money for the trip, and the band or choir would still get the 5% recruiter bonus on all the things these students, and their families, sell in the Sale.
So, that’s it. Your organization has 2 ways to raise funds: Consign Donated Items and/or Recruit Consignors for the JC-Kids Sale. Now, Let’s go clean out those closets, bedrooms, attics and basements, earn some funds for our programs and have some fun in the process.

Success Tips: When your families donate items for your organization to sell in the JC-Kids Sale, ask all your donors process their items in accordance with our instructions. You do not want to have to rummage through bags and boxes of shoes and clothing, trying to process all of those things yourself. Though you may want one savvy shopper to price your items and enter them into the computer, and attach the printed tags, at a minimum, you want to receive the donated items in a condition in which they are “Ready for Display”. We would also recommend you mark the items for “Discount” “Yes” and “Donate” “Yes” in our online Sale Manager. That increase the likelihood that more of your items will sell, and you won’t need to come pick up anything after the Sale has ended, other than your check.
For tracking purposes, when Consignors bring their items to drop off at the Sale, we will ask each Consignor to identify the group, if any, that recruited them to sell in the JC-Kids Sale. Only one group will get credit for each Consignor.
